Care that Carries You
A 12-week nervous system recovery experience for healthcare workers who are running on empty.
You give everything you have, and then some. But you can't care for others when there's nothing left of you.
You are the one people rely on.
The steady one. The capable one.
The one who keeps going even when your body is asking you to slow down.
And somewhere along the way,
caring for yourself started to feel optional.
Client Reviews
“She is clear and easy to understand. Great responses to questions.”
— Jeanette H“Grace is so authentic and so real that she had my trust immediately. I love the no perfection approach! Leading us to self discovery and self love is the best. The work you are doing is SO important and timely.”
— Kim W“I really love this experience and the space you hold!.”
— Jocelyn BIf you work in healthcare, or give CARE in any capacity, this might feel familiar:
You often take care of everyone else’s needs and neglect your own
Your days look like a whirlwind of activity and no rest
Your body feels wired, overstimulated, or stuck in “doing mode”
You wish you had time to sit down for a full meal
You’re tired of just feeling tired. Even your days off don’t feel restful
Over time, this isn’t just acute exhaustion. This is a deep disconnection from your own body.
You know something needs to change,
but most wellness advice feels unrealistic for the life you actually live.
What if self-care didn’t have to feel like another thing to push through?
Complicated routines that only work for a week
Wellness advice that doesn’t fit real life
Feeling like you’re failing at taking care of yourself
Trying to “push” your way out of exhaustion
Being told to “just meditate” when you barely have time to eat
What if instead it was like this:
Grounding after long days of giving to everyone else
Supportive for your energy
Calming to your nervous system
Nourishing in ways you can feel in just a few minutes
Small enough to fit into real life
You deserve the same care you give to everyone else.

A supportive community where you can feel understood by people who truly get the exhaustion and emotional weight of caring for others.
Simple tools you can use during actual workdays to support your energy, calm your nervous system, and create moments of care even in the middle of a busy schedule.
Individual Sessions
The most personalized version of this work
8 1:1 sessions over up to 12 weeks — we start with two sessions close together (the first one is 90 minutes), back to back weekly, to build momentum and stability early, then space sessions out based on what you actually need as you go. You can expect 2-3 weeks between sessions.
An in-depth personal intake before we begin, so this container is built around your actual history and current state from day one.
Direct access between sessions, for the moments you need a quick check-in or a little extra support before we meet again. Communication thru email and voice text (Voxer).
The same guidebook and reflections used in the group track, adapted with you in real time.
Fully flexible scheduling, built around the unpredictability of healthcare shifts, with no fixed calendar to keep up with.
Not Sure Which Is Right for You?
The group program is a beautiful fit if you want structure and the company of other healthcare workers walking the same road. Individual sessions are the right fit if you want this work built entirely around your specific life, or if you simply do better with one-on-one attention. Still not sure? Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Over 12 weeks, we will explore:
Foundations
Before we focus on building habits, energy, or resilience, we first work on helping the body come out of chronic stress and constant “go mode.” This phase is about downregulating the nervous system and giving your body the rest and safety it’s been craving.

Sensory Reduction
Nervous System Support
Rebuilding Support
Once the nervous system feels more supported, we begin rebuilding energy, nourishment and sustainable daily rhythms in ways that work in your real life and schedule.

Reconnecting With Yourself
As the body becomes more supported, we shift toward reconnecting with yourself, your needs, your values, and the parts of life that bring meaning, joy, and fulfillment.
Self-Awareness
Self-Agency
Self-Value + Joy
What you can expect
There are so many benefits to a self-care practice. Here are just a few:
Feeling more connected to your body’s signals for food, movement, rest, or bathroom breaks, instead of constantly overriding them
More stable energy throughout the day without constantly running on stress hormones
Simple practices to help your body come out of survival mode during stressful days
Deep, restorative sleep
A supportive practice that actually fits your own life!
A more regulated and nourished body = a calmer presence = more effective and supportive care for those that you serve
This program is for YOU if….
You work in healthcare (clinical or supportive roles)
You give care to an individual (in your own home or another setting) and find it difficult to find time for yourself
You feel burned out, exhausted, and depleted
You want support from someone who has been there and sees and values the work that you do
You need guidance that is so NOT complicated
You are looking for support that goes deeper than a quick fix
Why work with me?
Hello, my name is Grace.
I am a Registered Dietitian, Ayurveda Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, and someone who has worked in healthcare for over 20 years.
I know what it’s like to spend your days caring for other people while slowly becoming disconnected from yourself.
The long shifts, the overstimulation, and the constant responsibility. The pressure to keep going no matter how exhausted you are.
I also know that most self-care advice feels completely unrealistic when you work in healthcare.
This program is built around practices that are gentle, practical, and sustainable. The kinds of things that actually help when your nervous system is overloaded and your body is asking for support.
I want more healthcare workers to understand that caring for themselves is not selfish. It is necessary.

FAQs
(and in case some points need repeating…..)
-
Most wellness programs ask burned out people to do more.
This program is different.
Care That Carries You was created specifically for healthcare workers who are already carrying so much. Instead of adding more expectations, it offers gentle structure, nourishment, and practices that help support the whole person — physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.
-
The program is designed to feel supportive, not overwhelming.
Most individuals spend approximately 1–3 hours per week engaging with the material, reflections, and practices. You are invited to move at a pace that feels sustainable for your nervous system and season of life
-
Not at all.
Everything is taught in a grounded, approachable, and practical way.You do not need prior experience — only a willingness to begin caring for yourself with a little more intention and compassion.
-
No.
This program is educational and supportive in nature and is not a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. Many people find it complements other forms of support beautifully.
-
There is no failing here.
Healthcare life is demanding and unpredictable. You will be able to return to the material at your own pace. This program is meant to support you — not become another source of stress.
-
This program may be a good fit if:
you feel depleted from constantly giving to others
your own needs often come last
you are craving a softer, more sustainable approach to self-care
you want support that feels realistic for healthcare life
you are tired of all-or-nothing wellness culture
you want to feel more nourished, grounded, and supported in your daily life
-
Then you are likely exactly who this space was created for.
You do not need to arrive fully rested, motivated, healed, or “doing well.”
You are allowed to come as you are. This program is designed to meet people gently.
-
That is incredibly common in caregiving professions.
Many healthcare workers have spent years learning how to care for everyone except themselves.
This program is not about becoming perfect at self-care.
It is about slowly remembering that your wellbeing matters too.
