Hello, my name is Grace.
I am a Registered Dietitian, Ayurveda Health Coach, Yoga Instructor, and someone who has worked in healthcare for over 20 years.
I know what it’s like to spend your days caring for other people while slowly becoming disconnected from yourself.
The long shifts. The overstimulation. The constant responsibility. The pressure to keep going no matter how exhausted you are.
I also know that most self-care advice feels completely unrealistic when you work in healthcare.
