You take care of everyone else—this is for you
Blending modern practices with the timeless wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, creating support for healthcare workers that feels simple, nourishing, and truly sustainable for everyday life
Sitting on the bridge
Western science meets Ancient wisdom.
I’m Grace O’Connor — a non-diet Registered Dietitian, Yoga Instructor, and Ayurveda Health Coach with over 20 years of experience in healthcare.
I speak the language of your world. I understand the clinical demands, emotional weight, and constant output that healthcare work requires. My approach honors the realities of modern medicine without losing the human spirit of care.
So much of conventional wellness misses what Ayurveda has understood for thousands of years: exhaustion is not simply a lack of motivation or discipline. Burnout is depletion — a nervous system stretched beyond its limits. In Ayurveda, this is often understood as excess Vata: too much movement, stimulation, and output without enough grounding support.
Healing does not come from pushing harder or overriding yourself.
It comes through consistency. Nourishment. Rest. Stillness. Warmth. Safety.
And it also comes from rebuilding trust with yourself.
Part of this work is helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom — the signals, needs, intuition, and rhythms that are so often drowned out in fast-paced caregiving environments. Rather than following rigid wellness rules, I believe in supporting self-agency: helping you deeply listen to your body and create sustainable practices that genuinely work for your life.
Together, we rebuild your foundation through simple, supportive practices that nourish the nervous system, restore resilience, and help you feel more rooted in yourself — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This work is not about perfection.
It is about returning to what sustains you.
