What will I eat?
The focus of the Spring cleanse is all things light, spiced, and boosting to our immunity.
We’ll incorporate apples as a prebiotic to help build a healthy gut microbiome, root veggies like beets to cleanse the liver, and a nutritionally complete Indian stew called “kitchari”. Plus tons of delicious soups, salads, juices and smoothies that take minutes to prepare. You’re going to love it!
