I’m Grace—a non-diet Registered Dietitian, Ayurveda Health Coach, and 200-RYT Yoga Instructor. I’m here to help you honor, nourish, and appreciate every part of yourself as you develop your unique wellness practice.

With years of experience guiding others (and myself), I’ve found that simple, meaningful practices often have the greatest impact.

Whether in one-on-one sessions, workshops, or retreats, my goal is for you to feel fully seen and supported. Together, we’ll create space for healing, nourishment, and lasting joy. Here are some ways we can make that happen:

  • Nourish your body and mind through food, movement, and rest

  • Interweave meditation and energy practices to balance and release

  • Embrace the ‘less is more’ approach, and prioritize self-care

Self-care can be confusing, but my approach is rooted in Ayurveda, Yoga, and profound simplicity — all wrapped in kindness and compassion. If self-love feels daunting, don’t worry—you’re welcome here.

Services/Offerings

  • One or multiple sessions where we establish connection and care specific to you. Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, we review an extensive intake form together, and develop a supportive plan based on your needs. Nutrition, movement, rest and rejuvenation will be highlighted.

  • After completing an intake form, we will determine the best practice for you. Yoga practices can include the styles of Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Maybe all in one session! Meditation (don’t worry, this is hard for everyone), along with breathwork, will also be integrated.

  • I offer various workshops and classes on Ayurveda and Yoga, often highlighting a special focus within the teaching. Click on my Events tab for more info!
