I’m Grace, and I work as a non-diet Registered Dietitian, Ayurveda Health Coach, and 500-RYT Yoga Instructor dedicated to supporting sustainable self-care for healthcare workers and caregivers who spend their lives caring for everyone but themselves.

I help you return to what’s simple, steady, and deeply supportive. So your own wellbeing doesn’t get lost in the demands of your work. Through a grounded blend of nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga, and nervous system awareness, I guide you back to practices that actually fit into real life (not idealized routines).

Over the years—both personally and professionally—I’ve found that the most lasting transformation doesn’t come from doing more, but from doing what matters with more intention and ease.

Whether in one-on-one sessions, workshops, or retreats, my work is centered on helping you feel seen, supported, and resourced again. Together, we focus on:

  • Nourishing your body and mind through simple food, movement, and rest practices

  • Creating space for recovery in a profession that rarely pauses

  • Supporting nervous system balance through practical, accessible tools

  • Reconnecting with your own needs without guilt or overwhelm

Self-care doesn’t have to be complicated or out of reach. My approach blends Ayurveda, Yoga, and modern nutrition with compassion and realism—so it feels doable even on your busiest days.

Underneath the exhaustion and constant output is still your steadiness—your “meadow,” your natural clarity and strength. Together, we work to clear space for that to come forward again, so your energy, resilience, and sense of self can feel like your own again.

Services/Offerings

  • 8 session packages where we establish connection and care specific to you. Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, we review an extensive intake form together, and develop a supportive plan based on your needs. Nutrition, movement, rest and rejuvenation will be highlighted.

  • After completing an intake form, we will determine the best practice for you. Yoga practices can include the styles of Somatic, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. Meditation (don’t worry, this is hard for everyone), along with breathwork, will also be integrated.

  • I offer various workshops and classes on Ayurveda and Yoga, often highlighting a special focus within the teaching. Click on my Events tab for more info!

  • I am available to teach Yoga and Ayurveda classes for your special and specific event! Please contact me for more details and pricing.
